Are You Doing The Work or Are You Subcontracting?

I do not subcontract any of my work. All the work is done by me and my full time employees. I do not subcontract or give any of my work to part time employees.

Are You Insured?

Yes I am insured, and upon request an insurance certificate is available to you from my insurance company.

Can We Talk To Your Past Customers?

Most of our work is through word of mouth so this is actually a rare question. However, feel free to contact the people in our Gallery of Past Projects link on the left.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

We normally charge by the job, this way everybody knows the exact cost, and there are no surprises at the end of the job.

Do You Have Full Time Employees or Parttimers?

All my employees are full time employees, and they are trained to do the job correctly

How do I pay you?

Most of our contracts are 1/2 on start, 1/4 at halfway, and 1/4 on completion. We accept personal checks, cash, and most major credit cards.

How do you apply the paint?

On interior jobs we brush and roll. On exterior jobs we normally brush. Except in situations where the surface may be too rough or textured then we would spray.

How long will my job take?

On the average an interior room will take about 3 days. A complete exterior would take anywhere from 7 to 10 days. This varies alot depending on the size and condition of the job.

How many coats of paint will my job need?

This is a hard question to answer because every job has very different needs, whether they are interior or exterior there are many factors to consider. This question can only be answered correctly after looking at the job in question.

How many people will be working on my job?

Normally we have two or three people working on one job, depending on the size of the job sometimes only one person is needed.

In what condition do you leave the worksite at the end of each day?

Whether we are working interior or exterior we always clean up the entire worksite and store our euipment in a designated area.

Once you start my job, will you work on it everyday?

Yes, we will be there everyday until the job is complete except during inclimate weather situations, or when another contractor may be completeing his portion of the job.

What kind of paint will you be using?

We normally use Benjamin Moore, and Sherwin Williams. However, we will use any brand that you request. We will always use any brands highest quality paint.
